Who We Are

The Literacy League of Craighead County is a nonprofit dedicated to improving literacy throughout Northeast Arkansas. We believe that literacy is the foundation for independence, confidence, and success at work, at home, and in the community.

What We Do

Tutoring & Mentoring: Free, one-on-one tutoring in reading, writing, and basic literacy skills.

Community Outreach: Partnerships with local organizations to spread the joy of reading and improve lives through literacy.

Events & Fundraisers: Engaging programs and community events to support our mission.

Adult literacy impacts every part of life. Stronger literacy means:
